‘The Bachelor’ 2014 spoilers: Juan Pablo leaked ending? Winner not significant

“The Bachelor” 2014 spoilers have been given out by Juan Pablo himself judging by all of his actions and ABC has got to be miffed by them.

As Lalate pointed out in a Feb. 24 report, Reality Steve has backed up suspicions that Juan Pablo and winner Nikki Ferrell split up. Juan Pablo has been seen out at basketball games and pictured with other women…especially Mayra Veronica.

“Hey, another week, another tabloid story of Juan Pablo [flirting] out at a Clipper game in LA. Does it mean that he did? Of course not. But it certainly doesn’t help any image he’s trying to portray,” Reality Steve said.

It is hard to believe that Nikki Ferrell would be alright with her man going around getting photographed with other women while the two of them must hide their relationship from public view until “The Bachelor” finale. At the beginning of the season Reality Steve noted that Juan Pablo is not the brightest bachelor ABC chose as their lead for the show. This seems right on the money given the stupid comments Juan Pablo made about homosexuals a few months ago and flaunting his flirtatious, single lifestyle — giving the signal he has no intention of settling down. Could it be a ploy and a way to throw “Bachelor” fains off? Possibly, but not likely at all.

If ABC wanted Juan Pablo to bring an element of suspense to this season of the show, they were severely let down.

“After the Final Rose” broadcast will be interesting to say the least following “The Bachelor” 2014 finale.

Which Auto Financing Option Is Best For You

Because there are so many ways to finance a car, there is no reason why buyers should focus on one particular method to finance a vehicle. There are several ways to finance a car and understanding each method is very important for first time buyers. At the auto dealership or at the bank, the paper work may be confusing, so being educated is a requirement. Many first time buyers use only the best financing options; however, there are eight common methods that are highly recommended.

During the shopping process, no matter if it is a new or used vehicle; there will be various financing options. However, most first time buyers simply buy their vehicles directly from the dealer. They do this because it is the most convenient option. They will not have to travel to a bank or a credit union; all financing is done at one location. When using this particular method, be aware of markups; the dealer may increase the financing rates. Although dealership financing options are convenient, most first time buyers think that dealership financing is the only option. Shopping around for other financing options that are offered by third party lenders may be a better choice depending on the dealership.

Banks and credit unions should be considered as well. When banks provide loans to first time car buyers, they provide the loans on their own terms. In some cases, banks may offer cheaper interest rates. If a bank does this, consider taking the bank’s offer to the dealership; the salesperson at the car dealership may lower the dealership’s offer if the bank’s offer is better. A credit union is a great way to finance a car as well.

Another option is using a captive financing company. These types of companies are agents of the car manufacturers. Captive auto companies have one purpose, and that purpose is getting buyers into the vehicles that are offered by the auto company.

First time car buyers that may get a big financial windfall in the future should consider a balloon payment loan. When this method is used, the payments each month will be lower. However, although the payments will be less, the company will need a big payment once the loan term ends.

A secured car loan is a loan that is backed by different types of collateral, such as another vehicle or general property. Because this loan uses collateral, the interest rates are often lower. When first time buyers use their current driving vehicles as collateral, they use an auto pawn loan. However, using this particular type of loan has some major risks. The payments can have multiple loan segments, and the debt and interest could increase.

Long term car loans give buyers a much lower monthly payment; however, the loan takes longer to pay. The usual amount of time it takes to completely pay a long term car loan is about seven years. This has some minor risks as the buyer may end up paying more than the vehicle is worth. Overall, there are many car financing options for first time buyers. Consider the best method based on the financial situation.

Home Remedy for Minor Burns

Minor burns, although scary and painful, can be treated with natural home remedies. As long as the burn is a surface burn only, there are several alternative solutions that can prevent infection, soothe pains, stop scarring and help in healing. Alternative remedies such as milk, tea, honey, cool water, lavender oil and yogurt have been used for some time, and are easily accessible.

Yogurt

Yogurt can help soothe and cool down minor burns. Apply two tablespoons of yogurt directly the burn, wait 15 minutes, and then remove. Plain yogurt is recommended, but flavored yogurt will work as well.

Honey

Honey is an old remedy for a multitude of things, including minor burns. Honey will also sanitize minor burns by drawing out fluids. Place a few drops of honey directly on the burn, then place a bandage over the infected area. A gauze bandage works well, and should be changed several times daily. With each bandage change, a few drops of honey should be reapplied.

Black Tea

The tannic acid in black tea works to help draw out the burning heat from a minor burn. Tea bags should be placed under cool, running water while collecting the tea liquid into a bowl or glass. Then simply sprinkle the tea water onto the burn. This can be repeated as often as necessary.

Milk

Milk works to soothe minor burns and alleviate pain. Take a clean cloth, soak it with milk, and apply it to the burn. Repeat as often as needed for pain relief, washing the cloth between each application. Alternately, the burn can also be soaked in a bowl of milk for at least 15 minutes.

Water

Cool water can help tremendously with minor burns. Not only does it cool down the burn, but it can also help it from spreading. Run cool water over the burn as soon as possible. Hesitating in using water will increase the risk of infection and pain. Run the cool water over the burn for at least 10 minutes, and repeat as many times as desired.

Vinegar

Vinegar works as a purifying agent as well as an astringent for minor burns. Dilute one-quarter cup of vinegar with two cups of water. Pour the liquid over the burn and do not rinse it off.

Lavender Oil

Lavender oil will not only soothe away the pains of a minor burn, it will also help in the prevention of unwanted scarring. Rub the lavender oil generously over the burn and leave it on for at least 15 minutes. Apply again as many times as needed. Be sure to rinse off the oil before each application.
